Coffee is made the Italian way: Lavazza, proper cups, a short menu done precisely. Ronnefeldt teas hold the slower hours.
From opening until four, the room belongs to the morning.
Aperitivo
From six, the evening follows the Italian rhythm: the Classici – Spritz, Negroni, Americano — poured bitter, cold and unhurried, with small plates alongside. Seasonal additions come and go with the market.
The Series
A rotating cocktail menu composed after the gallery’s exhibitions – each show answered in a handful of glasses.
