Group exhibition “FACES” | 18.05–31.05.2026 Opening 18.05 (Monday) at 19:00 Curator Dobromir Ivan ONE Gallery presents the group exhibition “FACES”—a project by curator Dobromir Ivan that brings together contemporary artists from Bulgaria and abroad working in the fields of painting, sculpture, installation, and photography. The exhibition examines the image of the face as an expression of identity, emotion, and inner states. Between the real and the imagined, the personal and the universal, the works on view reveal diverse artistic approaches to human presence and its transformations. United around the idea of portraiture as reflection and projection, the participants turn their gaze toward the future—beyond what is familiar and already made. The curator brings together artists with different visual languages for whom the image is a ground for artistic inquiry, intuition, and personal vision. “FACES” brings together artists of different generations, building a dynamic exhibition in which images enter into dialogue with one another and with the gallery space. The works move between the documentary and the psychological, between personal memory and cultural history, turning the image into a testimony of time, presence, and identity. Artists in the exhibition: Joseph Beuys, Dobromir Ivan, Sasho Stoitsov, Rositsa Getzova, Ivaylo Hristov, Lili Sotirova, Stefan Petrunov, Prof. Stanislav Pamukchiev, Prof. Peter Tsanev, Prof. Ventsislav Zankov, Olga Gocheva, J.PANK, Momchil Mihaylov — Momo, Andrey Vrabchev, Vladimir Penev, Mihaela Zoeva, Mihail Trifonov, Stefan Milev, Antonio Hadzhikhristov.
